Kenny Lyne

My name is Kenny Lyne, I am a native of Miami, Florida.
I have been in NC for 22 years. I have over 20 years of experience as a Baseball and Softball Coach. I first started coaching coach pitch baseball and softball when my kids were small. I then moved to coaching middle school softball at Concord Academy and then moved to assistant coach of the varsity softball team. I moved to coaching middle school baseball before moving to varsity head coach in 2019 where I continue to coach. I also started out as a board member in a Christian sports organization called CCYA in 2010 and later became the commissioner of the organization until I resigned in 2020. I then started WOW Factor Queen City in the spring of 2023 where we have grown from 4 teams to 6 teams in a short time and we will add travel softball Spring of 2025. My goal is to develop and teach kids the game of baseball and Softball as well as life on and off the field. My wife and I reside in Concord and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. My oldest Rylee is in the Marines and lives in Knoxville, TN. Rylee started WF Knoxville softball 8U in Fall of 2023. They have now grown to 5 teams for Spring of 2025. Kyann is a graduate of Montreat College, where she played collegiate softball and now resides in Black Mountain and will start WOW Factor Western NC Softball this spring. Tanner is at Lipscomb University in Nashville where he plays baseball. Gunner is still at home, and he attends Concord Academy and is a pitcher and OF for WOW Factor QC 17U.
